1. What we collect

We only ask for what we need to quote, design, print and deliver your order:

• Contact details: your name, business name, email address and phone number.
• Order details: the products, options and quantities you choose, and your order history with us.
• Your files and designs: artwork you upload, designs you make in Mahi AI, and the text and logos on them.
• Messages: what you tell us by email, phone, in the shop or in the Mahi AI chat.
• Basic technical information: such as your browser type and pages visited, which our web servers record to keep the site running and secure.

2. How we use it

We use your information to prepare quotes and proofs, design and print your order, contact you about it, let you reorder past jobs, and keep the records a business has to keep. We may also use it to improve our service.

We don't sell your information, and we won't send you marketing emails unless you've asked for them. You can stop them at any time.

3. Your files and designs

Your artwork and designs belong to you. We use them only to produce your order, and we keep them so you can reorder later.

When you design with Mahi AI, what you type and the designs it makes are processed by the AI services that power it, so it can create your design. The contact details on your design are set as text by our own system; they are not sent to image generation tools.

We won't show your work in our portfolio or on social media without asking you first.

4. Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers that help us run the business, and only what they need: for example the companies that host our website and ordering system, manage our orders, send our emails and text messages, process payments, and power Mahi AI's design features. They must keep it secure and may not use it for anything else.

We may also share information if the law requires it.

5. How long we keep it

We keep order records and files for as long as they're useful for reorders and for as long as tax and accounting rules require. When we no longer need something, we delete it or make it anonymous.

You can ask us to delete your files or account details at any time, unless we must keep them by law.

6. Keeping it safe

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information: secure connections on our website, restricted access for staff and providers, and private storage for uploaded files. No system is perfectly secure, so if we ever learn of a breach that affects you, we'll tell you as the law requires.

7. Your choices

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also withdraw consent to optional uses, such as marketing, at any time.

The website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. The ordering system stores designs you are working on in your own browser so you can come back to them; clearing your browser data removes them.

We handle personal information in line with Alberta's Personal Information Protection Act and, where it applies, the federal PIPEDA. If you're not happy with how we've handled a request, you can contact the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Alberta.
